The BERTs is a bright and colourful game with incredible artwork. Each player controls a cartoon robot and fights a simple battle for supremacy over ‘The Core’.

The BERTs can serve as a great gateway game for children, showing them both the joy of gaming and the deeper thought processes that gamers cultivate as they grow. The robots’ upgrades are pure wacky fun, but also encourage exploration of new strategies. Anyone can throw together any board from the modular tiles, or someone could spend many hours carefully refining a single design. All you do to move your BERT each turn is play one card from your hand of five, but players who can predict where their opponents will be next round will be rewarded.

Similarly, adjustable difficulty levels allows everyone to play together. More experienced players are given more options to pick the correct answer from, while less experienced players get fewer choices. Simple.
